ENDURO / MAXIENDURO

Offroad Stage Course aimed at all Enduro and Maxienduro motorcyclists amateurs and enthusiasts, two days of Offroad through breathtaking landscapes guided by World Rally Raid Champion Oscar Polli and athletic trainer Dr. Mario Bellavia. An in-depth study of the fundamentals, not forgetting postural dynamics, suspension setup, use of electronic systems, use of navigation systems and its peculiarities, athletic preparation, travel tips and motorcycle maintenance.

An excellent opportunity to prepare for participation in one of our Desert Stage Tunisia maxienduros and single-cylinder machines.

Saturday, September 16
Meet in Avigliana (elevation 380 m) from where we will set off to climb to the 2800 m of the “La Marmotta” refuge in Sauze D’oulx along the Strada dei Castagni and passing through San Petronilla, Pian del Frais, Forte del Pramand, Galleria dei Saraceni, Monte Jafferau. A total of about 160 km mainly Offroad, with transfer sections on asphalt.
At the refuge, we will be treated to a hearty dinner of local products and the view of the sun setting behind the majestic Chaberton Fort. Descend at dusk via a dirt road that winds through ski slopes to reach Sportina and then through larch forest to reach Sauze D’oulx for the overnight stay.

Sunday, September 17
Departure from Sauze D’oulx to ascend to high altitude and tackle the storied Assietta route at 2474 m, a hill on which in 1747 the most significant battle of the War of Austrian Succession was fought, of which they do the historical re-enactment every year. Arriving at Pian dell’Alpe, after a refreshment stop, we will head to the Colle delle Finestre elevation of 2178 m and then begin the descent to the valley and the return to Avigliana to end the weekend. For those who can lengthen the weekend and have another unforgettable experience by driving along the beautiful Colle Del Sommeiler and then returning to Avigliana to conclude the tour.
